Solihull Moors drew 1-1 against second placed Stalybridge Celtic, but it could have been all three points. Solihull had taken the lead on 77 minutes when a Gavin Hurren corner was palmed into his own net by Jan Budtz. It looked like Solihull had claimed the win, until stoppage time when Craig Hinton was adjudged to have fouled a Stalybridge player. Up stepped substiture Phil Marsh to score his 17th goal of the season. Solihull can take great heart from a well worked performance against a team that are competing for promotion. |
