Tim started his goal keeping career with Wolverhampton Wanderers before seven seasons at Southampton and then six with Blackburn Rovers in a £2.4 million deal which at the time made him the most expensive goal keeper in Britain. He was a key member of the Rovers team that came second in the Premier league in his first season and then won the title in 1994/5. Tim was capped 11 times for England and hung up his boots in 2003.
Since then he has been the Goal keeping Coach at Leicester City, Manchester City, Northampton Town, Nottingham Forest and most recently at Fulham where during his tenure the club reached the play offs. He has also been Assistant manager at Coventry, Queens Park Rangers, Hull and Kidderminster and had a spell in the top job at Stafford Rangers. Part of the Management partnership which performed the “Great Escape” last season , Tim took full charge of the team in June.
