The six-foot one-inch striker started his football career in the Youth and Reserve teams at Leicester City before signing for Division Two Burton Albion in 2012. He then had a spell with Conference Lincoln City before a season with Oxford City. He hit 29 goals for City which landed Adi a contract with Mansfield Town and a return to the Football League.
He joined Grimsby Town in January 2017 as the strike partner to Omar Bogle and moved onto Barrow for the start of the last campaign. He played 22 times for the Bluebirds netting six goals and joined Moors last January netting twice on his debut at Dagenham. Adi was called up to the Tanzanian national squad in 2015.
