Dylan joins Solihull Moors as an Analyst with extensive experience across academy and first-team football. 

He began his career at Oldham Athletic before spending six successful seasons at FC Halifax Town as part of Chris Millington’s backroom team, contributing to four play-off campaigns and the Club’s FA Trophy triumph.

Alongside his club experience, he has worked internationally with the Taiwan national team during a World Cup qualifying camp and spent time as an academy analyst at Birmingham City. 

He holds an MSc in Applied Performance Analysis and a UEFA B Licence, bringing a strong blend of academic expertise and practical insight to the Moors’ performance team.
