Finley joined Solihull Moors First Team following two years within the Club’s academy setup, before progressing into the First Team environment as Head of Sports Science. Before his time at the Moors, he spent a year working with the Tamworth Academy and eighteen months working at Wolverhampton Wanderers as Youth Development Phase Coach.

Finley previously served for over two years in the British Army with the Parachute Regiment, bringing a strong background in discipline, resilience and high-performance standards.
