Solihull Moors have completed the loan signing of Oxford United goalkeeper Emmanuel Agboola.
The 20-year-old has been training with the Moors in recent weeks and has now been drafted in ahead of this evening’s Vanarama National League fixture at Aldershot Town.
He previously had successful loan spells at North Leigh, Banbury, Leatherhead, Staines and Hampton and Richmond.
Agboola’s loan runs until the end of the 2018/19 season and he has been allocated the squad number 26.
On making the move to the ATG Stadium, Agboola said: “I’m so happy. I know where the Club’s going and it’s heading in the right direction, so it’s a really good move for me.
“They’re a really good bunch of lads and we’ve had some really good training sessions. I’m really glad to be on board.
“Loan spells have really been beneficial to me as a goalkeeper. I need this challenge to keep progressing.
“He (Ryan Boot) is a very good goalkeeper to learn off – that really does give me something to look up to and hopefully I can push him as the season goes on.
“My aim is to push Booty as much as I can and hopefully get a few games in as well to gain as much experience, especially at this level. Hopefully we can win promotion as a Club.”
