Solihull Moors is delighted to announce that Jamey Osborne has signed a new long-term contract ahead of the 2024/25 National League season!

Since arriving at Damson Park back in 2018 for his second permanent stint with the Club, the midfield maestro became an integral member of the team during the ‘Great Escape’ campaign.

The midfielder is a personified version of the Club, embodying everything it means to represent our team week in week out.

After being appointed captain soon after the arrival of Director of Football Stephen Ward and Head Coach Andy Whing, Osborne led the side out at the home of football for the first time in the Club’s history, even scoring at Wembley Stadium in the Promotion Final.

The 31-year-old has enjoyed his most successful campaign to date with Solihull, scoring some big goals along the way as we reached Wembley Stadium twice in the space of six days.

Head Coach Andy Whing said: “We’re absolutely delighted that Ozzy has signed a new contract with us.”

“On the pitch everybody can see what a top player he is and what he gives us but also off the pitch he is absolutely brilliant whether that’s at the training ground or visits with the Solihull Moors Foundation.”

“I’m really looking forward to working with our captain again next season and hoping for another successful and enjoyable campaign.”

We look forward to Jamey leading the team out once again next season and beyond.
