Moors have agreed a loan extension that will see Cameron Archer remain with the club for the rest of the 2020/21 season.
The 19-year-old’s initial loan expired on January 3rd, but the Moors have moved swiftly to ensure that the Aston Villa striker will be staying at the SportNation.bet Stadium.
Archer has been a big success since making the switch on a long-term loan in October.
To date, Archer has made 12 appearances and scored five goals in all competitions for the Moors, which include strikes in the National League, FA Cup and FA Trophy.
Manager Jimmy Shan said: “We are happy to extend the loan of Cameron Archer. Cam has grown and developed in his short time with the club, he gives us a different dimension in the final third and has contributed with goals and assists.”
*Cameron Archer’s long-term loan runs from 4th January to 29th May, and will automatically extend should the Moors reach the play-offs. Aston Villa have no recall option.
