Moors and Build Out team up...

Moors are thrilled to announce a sponsorship agreement with Buildout, the construction industry’s leading talent partner.

This season, Buildout will be the club’s corner sponsor, benefitting from pitch-side and scoreboard advertising as well as match-day hospitality at selected home games at the ARMCO Arena.

And in a first for Moors, the partnership will also see Buildout recognize rising talent with a special monthly award.

Buildout have a keen eye for spotting talent. At the end of each month, the player or member of backroom staff who has made significant progress in fulfilling their potential will be rewarded.

Established by founders Jack Hurdley and James O’Donoghue five years ago, Buildout is fast developing a glowing reputation within the construction industry.

In particular, for the unique way in which it helps small and mid-sized businesses develop through attracting and retaining the best talent amongst professional and white collar staff.

New Branding Unveiled

During Moors' recent televised game against York City, Buildout took the opportunity to surprise their staff by launching their brand new identity prior to kick-off.

The new Buildout branding with its distinct “b” logo is designed to help highlight the company’s innovative approach from the more out-dated recruitment agency practices serving the sector.

Commenting on the partnership with Solihull Moors, Director James O’Donoghue said: “Like the Moors, we recognise that attracting the best talent is the only way our clients can fulfil their growth ambitions.

The club’s progress over the last couple of seasons has been amazing and we are delighted to be partnering with them at this exciting time.”

Bradley Rice, Head of Commercial, for Solihull Moors, said: “We’re thrilled to have Buildout as our latest commercial partner, the club has a strong following amongst fans who work in the construction sector.

“It’s fantastic to add yet another thriving local business to our ever-growing network. It’s great to continue to strengthen our ties within the West Midlands.

“Buildout’s ambition and forward-thinking mindset is perfectly aligned to the club’s desire to see itself as an established football league club in the not-so-distant future.”

A distinct approach within the recruitment sector

Buildout’s unique method centres around working with its construction clients to help them develop a distinctive employer branding proposition.

The company ensures they have a competitive advantage and focus on attracting candidates who share the same vision and values.

Director Jack Hurdley said: “We recognize that finding and hiring the right talent is a major challenge for our clients. Our distinct approach goes far beyond the traditional, outdated methods of other recruitment consultancies.”
