Are you passionate about sports performance and eager to gain hands-on experience? Solihull Moors Women’s Football Club, competing in tier 4 in the FA Women’s National League, is seeking a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team on a voluntary basis.

Responsibilities: As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical performance and overall well-being of our players. Your responsibilities will include:

· Designing and implementing tailored strength and conditioning programs for individual players.

· Conducting fitness assessments and tracking progress.

· Collaborating with the coaching staff to integrate conditioning sessions into the team’s training schedule.

· Providing injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation exercises.

· Educating players on proper nutrition, recovery, and injury management.

Qualifications and Requirements: We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:

· Currently studying or recently graduated in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science, or a related field.

· Passionate about women’s football and committed to player development.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

· Availability for training sessions and match days (evenings and weekends).


· Gain practical experience working with talented athletes in a competitive league.
