Title: Lead Physiotherapist
Responsible to: 1st Team Manager .

Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to manage the rehabilitation and injury prevention of our players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports physiotherapy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to player care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and diagnosis of injuries
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Provide pitch-side support during training sessions and matches
Collaborate with coaching staff to develop injury prevention programs
Maintain detailed and accurate records of treatments and progress
Educate players on injury prevention and health management
Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in sports physiotherapy
Qualifications:
Degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy (or equivalent)
Be ITMIiF certified - or have a willingness to become ITMIiF Certified
Experience in sports physiotherapy, preferably in football
Strong understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Desirable:
Previous experience working with a women's football team
Additional certifications in sports massage, or similar therapies.
Hold a Driving License
